The best movies cannot be decided in any way since the word best is extremely subjective. Rating of the movie relies on the best performance in all forms of art such as acting, direction, script, screenplay, selection of artists, sound, dubbing, editing for that matter you say a thing and it produces an effect.
The best method to evaluate a certain movie these days is to conduct a survey that is a bit time and effort consuming but may grade a movie to its actual value. Commonly the movies are rated best or stupid by simply the display at the box office. However, a neutral and comprehensive survey gives the precise ranks. For a long time it is known that the movies found once in the top list are the one which constantly appear on the top lists as an outcome of different surveys.
Claim of best movies is not solely for the factors mentioned earlier; in fact it is influenced by the trend of the time too. There remains an agreement among most movie historians, critics, and the viewers that the movies once claimed to be best are certainly a part of the most critically investigated, meaningful, and must-see films of their times. They are the movies which leave eternal and unforgettable imprints on us. They entertain, captivate, inform, and hit us subconsciously. Many of these best movies were created long time ago and might have been underestimated on first release but the time endured test proved them to be the best.
